Legal owner of the journal is PhD, Associate Professor Ellada Gerayzade.

· International Journal of Scientific Research BUTA is a refereed multidisciplinary journal published in Turkey. The journal is published 4 times a year and is in open access.

· The objective of our journal is to provide a forum for the publication of scientific articles in the fields of business, humanities, social science and technology.

· The journal is published in electron variant (with ISSN).

· Special Issues devoted to important topics in business, humanities, social science, science and technology will occasionally be published.

· Double-blind (peer-reviewed) review system is applied. In cases when one of the referee's reports is positive and the other is negative, the writing is sent to a third referee.

· The publication languages are Turkish languages, Russian and English, but the publication of articles written in a language that begins with the decision of the editorial board will also be permitted.

· Articles in other languages may be allowed to be published only by the decision of The Publishing Council.

· Articles in other languages may be allowed to be published only with the approval of the permission by the decision of the Publishing Council.
