Peer Review

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo an initial editorial evaluation. Manuscripts that meet the journal’s scope and editorial requirements proceed to a double-blind peer-review process.

Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers. In cases of conflicting reviewer reports, a third reviewer may be appointed.

Final publication decisions are made by the editorial team on the basis of academic quality, reviewer evaluations, and the journal’s editorial policies.
