PEER REVIEW

All manuscripts submitted to International Journal of Scientific Research BUTA are subject to a double-blind peer review process.

Each submission is initially evaluated by the editorial team to ensure that it fits the journal’s aims and scope and meets basic academic and ethical standards. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers with relevant academic expertise.

Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, academic quality, methodological soundness, relevance to the journal’s scope, and clarity of presentation.

The identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process.

If one reviewer recommends acceptance and the other rejection, the manuscript is sent to a third independent reviewer. The final decision regarding publication is made by the editorial board based on reviewers’ reports.

The average review period is 4–8 weeks.
